Celebrate Canada’s birthday at Sidney Days on the Canada Day weekend with activities and entertainment for the whole family. Events over Sidney Days include the opening ceremonies and entertainment, Canada Day parade, The Slegg Build-A-Boat competition, Fun Run, Pancake Breakfast and more..

It’s a Community BBQ!
Saturday afternoon burgers at the beach! Through the kind support of Thrifty Foods (with support from Town Of Sidney, Slegg Lumber and The Q Radio), on behalf of the Town Of Sidney, families can enjoy a delightful feast as a lead up to the evening’s events. Bring your own blanket or join one of the tables to share a bite and a bit of fun with your neighbours. Dinner will be provided by our friends at Thrifty’s for a minimum donation of $5.00 per person. Also, please feel free to drop off any non-perishable food donations for the Sidney Food Bank in the Slegg wheelbarrows.
Time: 4pm – 6pm and Bar B Q is by donations with all proceeds going to the Sidney Lions Food Bank.
